How Can dizziness And Vomiting Along With Nausea Be Treated?

Ive been having dizzy spells for about two weeks now, to the point that some things that I look at look like they are moving like waves and it makes me nauseous and vomit at times, my head feels some tight pressure and my left ear has been ringing for 3 days. What can it be?
